His creativity and vision allowed him to design and lead the development of numerous striking show and concept vehicles, showcasing his talent and innovative spirit. Currently, Jay is one of the hosts of the Steering Adventure pod cast and is also at the helm of Steer Smarts, where he continues to bring his expertise to the forefront. His deep passion for performance vehicles, particularly in the off-road segment, drives his dedication to pushing the boundaries of automotive excellence.
Greg Henderson

Greg, the owner of Unofficial Use Only, and hosts of the Steering Adventure pod cast, is a highly skilled fabricator with more than 20 years of experience in the world of custom fabrication and the off-road industry. Often referred to as the "Jeep Doctor," he has earned a reputation for his expertise in transforming ordinary vehicles into extraordinary custom off-road machines. With a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail, Greg has crafted some of the most iconic and breathtaking custom off-road builds, leaving a lasting legacy that inspires enthusiasts everywhere.
Tony Carvallo

With a deep-seated passion for everything Jeep, Tony boasts an impressive history with this iconic brand. His expansive career at MOPAR and Jeep has seen him work on jaw-dropping show cars that push the boundaries of innovation, and he played a pivotal role in the planning and development of the Jeep JL, a model beloved by enthusiasts. Currently, Tony is one of the hosts of the Steering Adventure pod cast and leads product development at Steer Smarts, where he focuses on creating the world’s strongest steering systems. When he’s not immersed in engineering excellence, you can find him navigating the rugged terrains of Canada’s breathtaking backcountry, fully embracing the thrill of off-roading adventures.
Tony Muckleroy
Host
Tony is the creator of the Jeep Talk Show. He originally started the show as theXJTALK SHOW! to help promote the websitehttp://xjtalk.com. Tony has been a HAM radio operator from the age of 16. Made General at 17 (multiple choice and Morse code test) and has stayed at this level of license since. Tony took college classes in electronics but switched to a data processing degree at the urging of a friend. Tony was born in Houston Texas and raised in Baytown Texas. Native Texan and very proud of being a Texan, and loving uniquely Texas things like Whataburger and Beaver Nuggets! Tony loves messing around with lots of interesting things for about 15 minutes before moving on to something else interesting.
Matt Sproull

Matt boasts an extensive career in the performance automotive aftermarket, where he has honed his skills in sales, marketing, and photography. His impressive resume includes stints at renowned companies like ROUSH Performance, where high-powered vehicles reign supreme, Renegade Racing Fuel, known for its premium fuels, and Raceline Wheels, a leader in wheel performance. Currently, he plays a pivotal role keeping the Steering Adventure pod cast running smoothly as well as managing accounts for Steer Smarts, a company dedicated to enhancing vehicle steering systems. With an insatiable passion for speed and adventure, Matt enjoys pushing the limits in power sports and discovering new trails on his modified UTV, where the thrill of the ride is matched only by the breathtaking scenery he explores.
Andy Perry

Andy boasts an extensive career in the automotive aftermarket, where he has honed his expertise in marketing, photography, and video production. His journey includes working with renowned companies like ROUSH Performance and Motovicity, and he currently overacting all of the video production of the Steering Adventure pod cast as well as spearheads the marketing efforts for Steer Smarts. Beyond his professional achievements, Andy is fueled by a genuine passion for speed, often found enjoying exhilarating rides, camping under the stars, and discovering new trails that invite adventure and exploration.
Tony Marszalek

Tony boasts a rich and varied career in the performance aftermarket, where he has concentrated on sales and marketing while also refining his photography skills. His professional journey includes a significant tenure at ROUSH Performance, where he excelled in various roles, including marketing, sales, account management, and product development. Currently, he is a contributing photographer and producer for Steering Adventure. He also serves as the Director of Sales for Steer Smarts, overseeing all sales operations and initiatives.
Outside of work, Tony has a deep appreciation for fine wine and a passion for speed. He is an avid follower of Formula 1, eagerly tracking the races and developments in the world of motorsport with great enthusiasm.
